It was tough to find really good sushi in Madison/Huntsville. This place definitely exceeds expectations. So worth it. We tried many other places and finally let out a sigh of relief when we started it. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing.

Kobe is the first sushi restaurant we've visited here that is equivalent in both quality and excellence to what we experienced at sushi restaurants back home in Colorado. The presentation of the sushi was stunning, the taste was incredible, and the staff was exceptional.

I had a lunch meeting here and the food was so fresh. The sushi was so fresh and tasty. The hot foods were made fresh and the fried food was light and crispy. The prices at lunch were reasonable and they have plenty of lunch deals. Looking forward to other options next time!
